Child hung upside down in Panipat school; principal, driver held

The incident took place at Srijan Public School at Virat Nagar on August 13, but child’s parents came to know about it on two days back when a video of the assault went viral on social media. In the clip, the seven-year-old can be seen with his legs tied and hanging from a window in his school uniform.
