Sabarimala gold theft case: SIT arrests chief priest, 11th arrest

The SIT probing the alleged gold theft at Sabarimala has arrested the shrine’s chief priest, Kandararu Rajeevaru, taking the total arrests to 11. The case relates to missing gold from temple doorframes and idols sent for replating in 2019.
