Dulquer Salmaan's 'Lucky Baskhar' to release on Diwali

Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming multilingual film "Lucky Baskhar", originally planned for a September release, has been rescheduled to hit the screens on October 31 to coincide with the festive occasion of Diwali.
