All Bihar districts to have ministers-in-charge

According to an official government order, Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha have been designated as ministers-in-charge of Patna and Muzaffarpur districts, respectively. Additionally, Sinha will also oversee Bhojpur district.
