A meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee was held here on Saturday under the chairmanship of Revenue and Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi to review the implementation of decisions taken in previous cabinet meetings.
It was informed that between 13 January 2023 and 30 June 2025, the Cabinet had taken 1,087 decisions, of which 1,039 have been successfully implemented. The remaining 48 decisions were discussed in the meeting.
The decisions included matters related to Forests, Revenue, Transport, Industry, Finance, Tourism, Urban Development, Public Works, Health, Personnel, Labour and Employment, Horticulture, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Social Justice and Empowerment, General Administration, Panchayati Raj, Water Resources, Digital Technology, Governance, and other departments.
Jagat Singh Negi directed the officials to ensure that these pending decisions are implemented within the stipulated timeframe and warned that any delay in executing cabinet decisions would not be tolerated. He said that the Sub-Committee would meet again within a week to review progress to ensure that the public benefits quickly from the decisions taken by the cabinet.
Secretary, Agriculture and Horticulture C Paulrasu, Secretary Social Justice and Empowerment Ashish Singhmar, Secretary of AYUSH and Administrative Reforms and Public Grievance Redressal, A. Shainamol, Member Secretary Harbans Singh Brascon, Special Secretary of Home and Industry Sudesh Kumar Mokhta, Special Secretary of Personnel Gandharva Rathore and other senior officers from various other departments were present in the meeting.
