With the T20 World Cup edging closer, cricket fans in India are in a frenzy after what appears to be the national team's new jersey surfaced online, setting ablaze a storm of speculation and anticipation amongst fans worldwide.

Images of India's latest kit for the global cricketing extravaganza have surfaced online, showcasing distinctive tricolor stripes adorning a v-shaped neckline.

Noteworthy are the saffron sleeves, adorned with the iconic three stripes emblematic of sports apparel juggernaut, Adidas.

This occurrence marks yet another instance where Team India's attire has found its way into the public domain via unofficial channels, a deviation from the customary formal unveilings.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently unveiled the 15-man squad for the impending T20 World Cup, concurrently disclosing the identities of four reserves slated to accompany the team.

Renowned figures such as Rishabh Pant, Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube, and Yuzvendra Chahal have made a resounding return to the Indian cricketing fraternity, whereas luminaries such as KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, and Shubman Gill have been conspicuous by their absence from the 15-man roster.

Notably, the exclusion of Rinku Singh has been perceived as a significant surprise following the squad's finalization by the BCCI selection committee.

In a strategic move, India has opted for a formidable spin contingent, comprising Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Kuldeep Yadav, while entrusting the seam bowling duties to a trio consisting of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Arshdeep Singh.

In a subsequent press briefing, India's captain, Rohit Sharma, elucidated the rationale behind the selection of four spinners, while addressing queries surrounding the omission of certain players including Shubman, Rinku, among others.

The squad, led by Rohit Sharma with Hardik Pandya as vice-captain, boasts a formidable lineup including the likes of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, and the dynamic wicket-keeping duo of Rishabh Pant and Sanju Samson.
