Bhupinder Singh Hooda welcomes INLD leaders to Haryana Congress.

Leaders from SC and OBC cells of the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) joined the Haryana Congress on Tuesday, in the presence of the former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda, who welcomed them into the party, emphasising unity and respect.

Ved Singh Munde, Subhash Saini, Sant Ram, Dhanpat Singh, Satish Chhachia, Ashok Bhauria, Dr. Balwan Singh, and Uday Singh are among the prominent names who joined Congress.

Hooda slammed the BJP, accusing them of using force during their tenure and now resorting to empty promises as their power wanes.

Speaking in Chandigarh, Hooda highlighted that the people of Haryana are disillusioned with the BJP's tactics and are determined to remove them from power.

Addressing the media, Hooda criticised BJP's past actions of using force against Panchs and Sarpanchs in Panchkula, now acknowledging the importance of local governance.

He accused the BJP of reversing decisions and failing in governance, suggesting they apologise to the public instead of seeking votes in the upcoming assembly elections.

Regarding the Parliament session, Hooda supported Rahul Gandhi's remarks in the Lok Sabha, particularly criticizing schemes like Agniveer and Kaushal Nigam for exacerbating unemployment and crime in Haryana.

In summary, Hooda's statements underscore a growing opposition sentiment against the BJP in Haryana, accompanied by significant defections to the Congress amid political turmoil.
