Amrit Udyan at Rashtrapati Bhavan will open for public viewing from February 3 to March 31, 2026, with President Droupadi Murmu inaugurating its Winter Annuals Edition 2026 on Sunday.
According to a statement from the President’s Secretariat, the garden will be open six days a week, from 10 am to 6 pm, with the last entry at 5 pm. It will remain closed on Mondays for maintenance and on March 4 on account of Holi.
“The Amrit Udyan of Rashtrapati Bhavan will open for public viewing from February 3 to March 31, 2026,” the statement said.
Visitors will be required to book tickets online, as there will be no on-the-spot booking facility this year. Entry and booking are free of cost, and tickets can be reserved only through the official website: https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/
. Booking for a particular day will close at 10 am on the previous day.
Special viewing days have been earmarked for specific groups, March 3 for defence personnel, March 5 for senior citizens, March 10 for women and tribal women’s self-help groups, and March 13 for divyangjan.

Entry and exit for all visitors will be through Gate No. 35 of the President’s Estate, near the junction of North Avenue and Rashtrapati Bhavan. A shuttle bus service will operate every 30 minutes from Central Secretariat Metro Station between 9.30 am and 6 pm, with the last shuttle departing at 4 pm.
Visitors will follow a designated route covering Bal Vatika, Plumeria Garden, Banyan Garden, Bonsai Garden, Babbling Brook, Central Lawn, Long Garden and Circular Garden. Along with tulips and seasonal flowers, the garden will feature 145 varieties of roses, including Bheem, Arjun and Mother Teresa, as well as a babbling brook and reflexology paths.
Basic amenities such as drinking water, toilets and medical facilities will be available. Visitors may carry mobile phones, handbags, water bottles and infant essentials.
