IndiGo has announced new direct routes connecting Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) with Ahmedabad, Diu, Goa, Rajkot, Belgaum, and Kolhapur, effective 29 March 2026. The airline will operate its ATR aircraft on these routes, further strengthening its operations from NMIA and enhancing regional air connectivity in the region.
Bookings for the flights are being progressively opened on all channels, including IndiGo's official website www.goIndiGo.in, mobile app, and through travel agents. These services build on IndiGo's growing presence at Navi Mumbai, offering convenient schedules, greater flexibility, and seamless air travel to and from the airport.
Earlier this month, IndiGo announced adjustments to its long-haul network, including suspension and reduction of select international services, citing external operational constraints that have affected the airline's widebody operations.
The airline said in a press release that the changes are aimed at restoring schedule reliability and minimising passenger inconvenience.
