The projects span multiple sectors including railway infrastructure, connectivity, and petrochemicals. Among the highlights of the day's event, Modi flagged off ten new Vande Bharat trains, marking a substantial expansion of India's high-speed rail network.

Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the historic magnitude of the occasion, acknowledging the participation of thousands of individuals from over 200 different locations. The Prime Minister commended the railways for their pivotal role in the nation's progress and reiterated the government's commitment to advancing the country's infrastructure.

Underlining the significance of these initiatives in propelling India towards a future of prosperity, Modi stressed the critical role of railways in the nation's economic landscape.

He cited the government's concerted efforts to modernize and revitalize the railways, citing a six-fold increase in budget allocation since 2014 as evidence of its commitment to transformation.

"The transformative impact of initiatives such as the Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal Policy are aimed at enhancing cargo transportation efficiency through streamlined processes and digitalization as well as the establishment of the Gati Shakti University reiterates the government's resolve to modernize railway infrastructure through the abolition of unmanned crossings and the promotion of renewable energy solutions", said the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Modi said, "The export of Made in India locomotives and coaches to various countries, underscores the country's emergence as a global manufacturing hub", adding that the rejuvenation of railways and the ongoing investments in infrastructure would unlock new employment opportunities and drive economic growth.

The event also witnessed the dedication of numerous projects aimed at enhancing connectivity, promoting local products, and fostering socio-economic development.

The Prime Minister concluded by asserting that "Indian Railways would continue its march towards modernization and efficiency, propelled by the spirit of innovation and collective endeavor. As the nation embarks on this journey of progress, we call upon the citizens to actively participate in the celebration of development and contribute to India's transformative growth story"
