U’khand employees told to submit asset details by Dec 15

After the directions from the Uttarakhand High Court, the government has ordered that employees must list property they owned at the time of joining as well as what they currently own. They will also need to report any increase in assets every five years.

Uttarakhand employees and officers have been asked to submit details of all their movable and immovable assets, along with those of their family members, to the state Personnel Department by December 15.

 

Personnel Secretary Shailesh Bagoli has told all department heads, secretaries, and their staff to make sure the asset details are sent to the Personnel Department within the given time.

 

After the directions from the Uttarakhand High Court, the government has ordered that employees must list property they owned at the time of joining as well as what they currently own. They will also need to report any increase in assets every five years.

 

Officers and employees must also submit asset information of their spouse, dependent parents, children, or any other dependents living with them.

 

The Personnel Secretary added that anyone who does not follow the order will face disciplinary action. Department heads and secretaries have been asked to ensure everyone submits their details before the deadline.

 

Earlier, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami okayed financial sanctions for several development projects, disaster management works, and the implementation of various announcements, amounting to more than Rs 210 crore, according to a CMO release.

 

To meet district demands, the Chief Minister approved Rs 7.24 crore for purchasing 71 Bolero vehicles to support quick relief and rescue operations during disasters.

 

He also cleared a Rs 188.55 crore project to build a 7-km realignment of NH-109 as part of the Pantnagar Airport expansion plan.

 

Dhami okayed projects worth over Rs 14 crore under various announcements. These include Rs 88.76 lakh for roads from Harkot to Thamdi Kund and Jalth to Phaguni Udyaar in Dharchula, Rs 84.12 lakh for a 3.02-km motor road from Dobaata to Martali, and Rs 45.74 lakh for a C.C. link road from Nainipatal to Bhagwati Temple in Didihat.

 

Additionally, Rs 55.95 lakh has been approved for building public tin sheds in Kandi, Chama, and Gata villages under the Chakrata constituency in Dehradun district. Another Rs 499.65 lakh has been sanctioned for installing 300 hand pumps in Khatima constituency of Udham Singh Nagar district.
