A tourist from Haryana died under mysterious circumstances in Kullu’s Parbati valley on Thursday.

 

According to the police, the Manikaran police station received a call from the Regional Hospital in Kullu, informing them that a young man in his 20s had been brought in but was already dead.

 

The police spoke to the people who had accompanied the tourist. They said his health suddenly worsened, so they rushed him to the hospital — but doctors declared him dead on arrival.

 

The tourist has been identified as Rahul, a resident of Haryana. Additional SP Sanjeev Chauhan said the exact cause of death will be known after the post-mortem. He added that an investigation is currently underway.
