<div>Indian Air Force&rsquo;s training aircraft &lsquo;Pilatus PC-7&rsquo;, crashed while on a routine training mission near Tambram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Pilot ejected himself safely, the reports say.</div>

<div>The force further informed that a Court of Inquiry (COI) has been ordered to ascertain the cause.</div>

<div>The single-seater trainer aircraft crashed around 2:50 pm.</div>

<div>After the pilot parachuted safely, local villagers quickly offered assistance. Within 30 minutes, an Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopter landed nearby and airlifted the pilot back to base.</div>
